Mouthwash (srs) -_-

I was thinking about this recently. For someone like me who wants to get precise with calories I wasn't sure if there were any calories in mouthwash and toothpaste. I find it pretty difficult to not swallow some mouthwash so it brought up a curiousity and was wondering if any of ya'll know. This isn't a troll attempt, I just like to be precise with my calories. Also didn't know if it was just unhealthy to some degree.

Nah, I'm not trying to troll to be completely honest. But yes I manage to swallow some of mouthwash, find it pretty difficult not to really.

Shouldn't worry about calories srs. However if you are ingesting are large amount of toothpaste regularly you may get fluorosis, stay safe,

other than that stop being a phag, you dont really need mouthwash anyway
