Ok so i will be going back to gym next week,before 4 month layoff i was 136 now it looks like i will be bettween 154-159 upon return. Now i went and bought all the healthy food and picked out a solid routine,it comes out to 1793 cals a day. now if i do end up at 159 it will be a 592 calorie defecit. now is that too much or is it ok?
