      ABSOLUTELY a SERM is needed!

And don't waste your money and cycle time with the week @20mg

Whats your diet like? Size & weight? Listing experience and training routine?

How old are you? What are your macros, calories per day..protein intake..fats? (right NOW, not what you plan to do on cycle)

      How long you been lifting?
Kinda sounds like you've got a LOT more researching to do before you think about steroids.

A lot of guys might tell you to wait a couple more years, but being basically the same age as you I can't discourage it without being a hypocrite lol

But with what you provided, what are your goals in mind for your cycle?

15lbs is probably attainable, but your diet needs to change dramatically in terms of a huge calorie and protein increase.

And no offense but at 135 pounds you can't be THAT shredded. You would do yourself a favor by waiting another 6 months and see if put on 15 lbs natty, before you run a ph or epi

There's plenty + plenty more logs on this forum that will tell you allll about SERMS, so go read my friend.

If you want it spoonfed, here's my answer. Either Nolva, Clomid or Torem lol great choices with each one being unique in it's own way.

But be sure to go give me some rep points real quick for the advice
