      Hi guys

Ive been searching the forum for information on DNP, and have found lots of valuable information/reports

while i consider all of it helpful i would like to clear some questions up,

i have read that alot of people are running DNP with T3, is this a must and is there anything else to to run at the same time,

also i have seen a clear statment about training ? is it best to schedule time off from training while running a cycle, due to the effects of DNP ?

t3 is used as dnp stops your body producing t3 so it best to use it with to be honest,

also if you feel you can train on dnp then by all means go train, without t3 supp i think you will have more chance of not going.

In terms of training I think it depends on your dose,
Personally with a caffeine boost I can train on 1cap/250mg..
But on two caps/500mg... Not a chance.

It all depends on how much you take regarding training. The heat and fatigue can make training impossible at higher dosages. Running a low dose and are able to train is a lot better IMO.

so in regards to training , its down to how you feel, no need to stop just scale down

Yes, but it also depends what training your doing. If your weightlifting/bodybuilding why would you want to stop training?

It's totally up to you, but if your taking enough to stop you training, your going to be uncomfortable in everything you do. Even sitting on the sofa doing nothing.

I still train hard on 500mg but I drop the weight a fair bit and reduce the number of exercises as I find my will power deletes rapidly if there for too long, as for cardio, only cardio I can do is swimming as I can't feel the heat, but I'll still feel tired, but the heat hits me when I get out the pool!

My suggestion would be to start at 200mg. Stay on that dose for 3-4 days until levels stabilise and adjust from then.

To many users up the dose too soon and become surprised by the heat and fatigue.

Another member done this a while ago whilst running dnp, makes no sense to me?!
