I eat a very good amount clean meals, chicken, tuna, brown rice etc etc.. Basically, all i was wondering i eat the odd packet of crisps or the odd can coke.. would these have a huge effect? Also i drink alot of red bull throughout the working day 1/2 cans usually good or bad? Thanks Hib

Crisps, Chocolate .. Fizzy pop? alrgiht mate it all depends on your goals but as a rule its not healthy for you but if your after gaining weight then it isnt so bad but if you want to lose weight its a deffo no most of its just empty calories
Crisps, Chocolate .. Fizzy pop? it is no less "healthy" to eat a bag of crisps or drink a can of coke than it is to pin juice. (air quotes for healthy) I do both and i look amazing ;-)
Crisps, Chocolate .. Fizzy pop? As long as your diet is good, I duno, lets say 80-90% of the time, crisps and choc here or there isnt going to make a huge difference, I espically wouldnt worry if you have no intention of competeting does this help?

Crisps, choc and any carbinated drinks sets me back quite a bit, I eat healthy meals all week except for one or two meals usually in the same day where I eat what I want. Im not worrying bout losing weight until January maybe Ben start of march, panning on bulking and although I don't like my gut at the moment it's something I'll deal with when time comes with lots of cardio and diet. Losing weight is a nightmare, it's a lot of hard work and a bit scared of getting a fat cnut again. I dieted down from 16 stone to 11 stone 10, now I'm 13 stone
Crisps, Chocolate .. Fizzy pop? Age dependant as well IMO. I would drop the mass of Red Bull, very calorie dense IIRC.
