Been bulking for 4 weeks and put on 10lbs but half of my food has been cakes (I know naughty me)

I was going to cut and bulk 4 weeks at a time but I am undecided as today is the day I am supposed to start cutting again...what would you do

A photo to help you decide

I don't know if I have the will power to lean bulk, I'm a all or nothing kind of guy, either bulk or cut...anything between just takes to much thought lol

8 weeks all out bulk. 4 weeks hard cut aiming to lose 2-3lbs pw.

Just alternate like that and you should stay in pretty decent shape while still gaining.

you don't exactly look sh1t but you can kinda tell you've been on the dirty ckals with your bulk

i really think you need to clean bulk

if you absoloutly can't do that and just don't have the will power then i'd definently lean towards cutting, if you carry on bulking the way you have been you'll probably lump right up but you won't look very good, you've got good size but not great shape or definition but from that picture if you really took it seriously you've got a great platform to get huge from and look good too.

what's your training like? i'm betting 5x5, maybe mix it up a bit, if you really can't be @rsed to clean bulk then try higher reps/lower weights training, might help a bit with your v-shape/definition, give it a couple of weeks see how you feel

i might be being a bit unfair, there's a lot of shadow in that pic it's hard to tell you might have massive lats and broad shoulders and it's just not the most flattering pic, maybe post a pic of you completely from the front (Nohomo)

Your triceps, posterior delts and chest need to come out definately. Keep on bulking mate. Your hardly fat, so just lean bulk. Eat clean but eat alot of it.
