      One of the locations at my last gym had one of those racks. I never used it for bench, but I think it would be great for us dudes with bad shoulders. Gets the bar out over you so you're not lifting it from behind your head, then gets out of the way so you can press unobstructed.

      I'd love one in my home gym.
