      okay so been on beto 4 weeks first week 14lb loss second week 7lb loss third week 4lb loss forth week 3lb loss...... this is with no cardio what so ever...... what u recon im gona loose in 10 days with 2 hours fasted cardio?!

      1600kcals a day and 100grams of fat and what ever protein falls into the equation!

      30 mins cardio on 1800 cals here (incline 12-15) @ 3.5 speed treadmill burns 350 cals and im burnt out.

      If you stick it out, after already dropping water, 6lbs would be a good effort and that's allowing for a few slack efforts and cals yo'yo'ing.
