      Does this look OK to cut on, I want to lose some body fat get my ab's showing befor I try and bulk up some more.
      I weigh just over 12 stone I wouldnt say I'm very fat prob under 20% just starting to see abs showing.
      my diet is

      morning:
      2 eggs scrambled
      200g geak yogurt with 25g chopped nuts
      half a pint of whole milk

      snack:
      Handfull of mixed nuts
      small box of raisons

      dinner:
      Large salad 100g of chickin
      bannana

      evening meal:
      potatos or rice with meat and veg

      before bed:
      three rice cakes
      100g cottage cheese
      half a pint of milk

      Am I on the right track here, trying to cut back on the carbs and have more good fats and protein, thought the weight would be falling off but dosnt seem to be happening, any advise?

      Amounts of food at dinner would be helpful and total cals.
      If you aren't losing and sticking to it properly then take of 250cals and re evaluate in a week or so.

      Diet help please

      I havent relly been counting the cals of things, I'm eating a lot less than I used too and better food I think, I thought that would be enough, funny thing is I could eat loads more than this and not gain fat but I dont seem to lose it ether, I just seem to stay the way I am.

      I didnt really follow any kind of plan befor just ate what I wanted and tried to eat plenty of protein.

      oh I think I no what your getting at I used to weigh the nuts at 30g thats about a handfull I have found.

      What Iam getting at here is not the size of my meals, I know that has to be adjusted if I'm not loseing weight but am I eating the right foods to be losing weight?
