      As the title suggests... is this transformation fake?

      The PT told me this took 3-4 months and the guy is now cutting for 1 more month.

      Does the guy look 'strong' initially though? A lot of these people who 'transform' start off with a good base/have trained before.

      Btw he did give the pic with a face, and this guy is on Facebook so seems real, but idk. Your thoughts?

      fu.ck you talking about??? Guy has lost a lot of fat and gained decent muscle. Far more than tanning and shaving going on there.

      definatly doable, i got one lad ready for a show in 16 weeks and he transformed from 18 stone fat to 14 stone ripped, totaly different physique

      Yes its doable. So pull your finger out your ****. It didnt happen from taking it easy though. WORK, hard work has gone into that.
