I'm 16 yr old..
I started lifting weights seriously about 1.5-2 months ago..
Earlier my arms were around 11 inches and now after almost 1...
Is 14 inch biceps good for a 16 year old male? I'm 5'8. And what are some exercises that will help my arms get bigger?
What day do you guys combine biceps with? I've heard people say back days, leg days, chest days, etc.
Whats your favorite work out for your biceps?
