I quit alcohol four months ago, smoking 3 months ago and joined a gym on the 28th May.<br />

I&#039;ve always wanted to gain some weight and fill out! I started this change in my life weighing 133lbs at 5ft 7&quot;!!!!! now I&#039;m up to 148lbs and I&#039;m starting to see results of the gym work.<br />

I&#039;m currently doing the following on Cybex Machines and I go Mon, Tues and Friday with out fail:-<br />
