Like what meal do you eat daily that most people would be like "ewww gross! that's so bland!" I like a lot of my meals, but if I had to pick one, for me, it's PB and cottage cheese. Been having it as my last meal for years now and I look forward to it everyday!
What HEALTHY meal do you never get tired of? Sliced baked sweet potato, mixed vegetables, chicken, and olive oil all mixed together.
What HEALTHY meal do you never get tired of? Every night for dinner, I mix around 15 different vegetables (from brussel sprouts to broccolis to koriander leaves to snow peas and lots more) with shredded (boneless + skinless) chicken breasts and egg whites. I just add a bit of natural chili powder and chicken broth. Including fruit, it helps me get over 20 servings of fruits + veggies daily and that's extremely satisfying on both a taste bud and nutritional level.
What HEALTHY meal do you never get tired of? Scrambled eggs on toast with a generous spread of butter.
