Sup fellas, I am going to be throwing a few km of cardio into my daily routine in an attempt to speed up the cutting process for summer. I am on 1g test e a week and feel like I am making reasonable gains. I want to know if i will lose muscle if i am still doing my daily 1hour and 30 minutes intense weight lifting at mid day 5 days a week but with cardio at like 8pm ed 5 days a week. I am kinda hoping that the 400g a day protein i am taking along with the test and creatine will help me retain my muscle if not gain muscle whilst still attacking my body fat effectively?
