      If say, "Naturally" when bulking you take in.. 3250Calories 347gCarbs 180gProtein 99gFat.

      When on a steroid cycle would you be wanting to put all that up? Like say.. 4000/5000Calories 400/500gCrabs 250/350gProtein?

      Or would you just keep it as same as you would do for Naturally bulking?

      Well you will hopefully be lifting more weight,more reps and higher intensity than is possible natty so your body is going to require more calories for repair/growth.

      What would you say up it by? From like 347g to like 420g? or more?

      haha! I was confused for a second there then saw i put "Crabs" haha..

      Yeah.. I've been reading stickys and stuff but cant seem to find any info on "Macros & Steroids" like how much to increase and so on..

      there is no set amount mate

      just eat every 2-3 hours get a protein and carb meal in, and youll grow!

      eat big train big get MASSIVE!
