As the above says, would you stand shoulder to shoulder with a mate in his time of need, by time of need I mean anything?

A mate of mine is ready for taking someone off the face of the earth for a sick act they performed, I'm not going into details as yet. I've beeup toto see him and tried to calm thsituationon down.

When I was sat there thinking this b@stard needs taking off the face of the earth and quick for what he's done, I turned round and said, B******* I'm shoulder to shoulder with you on this one mate what ever you decide to do I'm by your side 200%.

He's a real hardworking mate and a family man who I know would do the same for me if I was ever in his situation.

It depends really I wouldnt help a friend hurt/kill anyone I would talk them out of it. Civilians can't take pre-emptive attacks they go to prison they can only hurt/kill in self-defense genuinely unless this hypothetical situation was extraordinary i.e. you were saving a bus full of school children.. You'll go down for it. Especially if its just some personal feud. By no means belittling any feud but the point is if it is "personal" then anything pre-emptive or retalitory isn't going to wash in court..

Yes mate just make sure you don't get caught. I don't know what this guys done but by the sounds of it whatever you do would be justified. Be careful mate don't get locked up
