Pull downs vs Pull ups I prefer doing pull ups because I get a much better pump when doing them. IMO, nothing works better for back than them.

Pull downs vs Pull ups I prefer pull-ups. Seems to work my shoulders, biceps, upper back and grip better. Sorry not a fancy response, don't feel good.
Pull downs vs Pull ups I preferred Pull Ups before my shoulder injury but for now I have to settle for Pull Downs.
