I'm on a strict diet to maintain my calorie deficit and I am not sure what to do with my break fast. My options for breakfast are Protein Shake (32g Protein, 2g fat, 160 cal) or 2x Eggs (12.5g Protein, 10g, fat, 160 cal) If I go with Protein Powder I hit my protein target for the day with eggs I don't. Am I getting anything extra out of eggs that I am not with Protein Powder or am I really just splitting hairs really? I seem to get more return from protein powder but then I read egg protein is better? I'm confused.

Protein Powder or Eggs for Breakfast? lol OP, why do you eat this way? - Your diet looks deficient in micro-nutrients - your diet looks deficient in fats - your deficit is already way to big, and probably bigger than you think because you haven't taken activity into account (not a part of BMR)
Protein Powder or Eggs for Breakfast? So everyday you have a bunch of protein with a tiny bit of fat and miniscule amount of carbs? Are you 210 and overweight or muscular and trying to cut to more lean? If, and I assume you are, overweight: I would suggest a smaller deficit so you are more likely to stick to the food plan. Aside from reading more about nutritional values: I would eat the eggs if I had time to cook them, I usually reserve shakes for when I don't have time to get food in me.
