if your gym does not have a free weight barbell to do deadlifts, a bench to do bench, and a rack to do squats you need to find a better gym.

Squats and Deadlifts are two moves that you should ESPECIALLY do.

Pls help me creating a new workout

Yes, i can do bench presses... they also have machines for chest, shoulders, lat pulldown, biceps and triceps and machines for leg exercises..But the problem is, I don't know exercises to combine and to estimate the set and reps.. and Minutes to I can only rest

anyway, I'm far away from big cities and i just found the only nearest gym in my home and school...
Someday, when i get a chance to live in a city by myself, i will find a better gym for myself... so as for now, i don't have a workout yet...

I only want to do twice FBW in a week... can anyone help me?

Anyway, maybe i can add deadlift in my FBW.... but I'm surely can't do squat cause i just healed my Left shoulder, and I squat once.... It came back, but not critical... Just a painful fracture that you can feel in your shoulder because of the position of my arms when i squat... But when i do isolation exercises in my shoulder, it doesn't came back.... Only in squats.. so i hope anyone can help me.. thank you hehe

So your gym does have a free weight barbell, bench and rack?

      Do babylovers SS, google it.

your shoulder isnt healed cos if it was youd be able to squat, do some rehab. Maybe some stretching.

there are alternatives, do you have heavy kettlebells or db's you can do deadlifts with? not ideal but worth a shot. As for rest, normal sets i probably have 30-60seconds, big supersets i might need 2 minutes

They don't have heavy kettle bells.. Only free weighted dumbells, where you can put any weighted disc you like...
so what is better to do deadlifts? Dumbbells or barbell ?

and I only need a workout.. I hope someone will give me
