Hi guys, Sorry if this annoys some of you which I'm sure it does (me being a noob) But I really want to cut fat and I know there's loads on here about it.. But it all confuses me. Is there any set diet and workout plan I can use to do the quickest possible cut? Thanks, any help is appreciated!
Please can someone give info? Either use this; http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm Or this; BMR = [9.99 x weight (kg)] + [6.25 x height (cm)] - [4.92 x age (years)] + 5 Then eat at 200-500 calories below your maintenance. Your diet should be around 40Protein/40Carbs/20Fats (in %'s)
Please can someone give info? Thanks! Appreciate that. Is there a certain workout plan you would advise to follow? (sorry for the stupid questions, just new to if all)
Please can someone give info? Workouts don't really affect how much fat you burn. Anything with high intensity, and you can add cardio if you want to speed up the process. In terms of losing fat, diet is king.
Please can someone give info? So am I best of having a normal plan and just including cardio? If so how often would you suggest I do cardio? With the diet do you know any diet plans you can link me too for cutting? Thanks!
Please can someone give info? The idea of counting your macros is to break free of any 'diet plan'. You can eat what you like as long as you count and record the calories and macronutrients in it. It sounds like a massive hassle, but it allows you to live a normal life while losing fat. If friends invite you out to eat, you don't have to make excuses, just go eat and be sure to count the calories.
Please can someone give info? Yeah that does sound good, will this still cut my body fat percentage down then?
Please can someone give info? As long as you hit your targets for the day, yes. Remember to readjust the numbers as you lose fat. If you are eating, pulling a number out of my ass here, 2400 calories a day to cut at 166lbs, after you lose 10lbs you will need to readjust the calories to account for your new bodyweight. You will ALWAYS lose fat as long as you track correctly.
