      Pretty much just the first two minutes.... I know it cheered me up.

      looks like a little gyno too?

      EDIT: poses with the fat guy who hated on bodybuilders in a previous video at 4:20

      skip to 11:25 for a horrible/loud row set, followed by topless posing in the middle of gym

      Looked pretty jooocy during the rows. He's getting way too cocky though, he reminds me of my friend. 1 real cyle and his head inflates over x9000. Even lifts just like him. Annoys the **** out of me and I'm embarressed to even lift with him.
