      I'v been training seriously for about 2 years and throughout that time I was always seeing results and noticing improvements, but the last couple of months I have seen no results at all, any supplements that anyone can recommend to put on serious weight? I'm fed up of being thin, i am 6ft 3 and weight 12st 10.

      Must be diet mate. That is very very small.

      I'm 6`4 and nudging 16 stone now. Wouldn't say I'm anywhere near big either.

      Are you taking supps as well? What's your training split like? Also how old are you?

      Diet as said. Expect you're well down on cals to fuel working out, daily stuff and then having enough left to grow.

      change training routine,periodisation,diet, etc. been natty for 9 years and still gaining.

      I'm no expert mast but diet has a massive impact on training .. iv followed a mate of mines advise and i done pretty well over a yr

      peanut butter cookies. It worked for me.. I now have to put my belt on with a boomerang..

      breakfast- 50g porridge oats with milk, 4 scrambled eggs and a coffee
      11am- 2 sandwiches
      12:30pm- baguette and 2 sandwiches
      4pm- 100g rice with 100g tuna
      5:30- 4 slices of cheese on toast
      7pm- pasta based meal which varies everyday
      9:30pm- 5 scrambled eggs with pint of milk

      this is rough guide to what i eat, i have to rely on food like sandwiches a lot due to being out a lot of the day. I train at night about 8pm. and i am 17.
