      hey guys. I've been doing a little bulk for about three weeks and have noticed a little mass gain. But, I'm thinking I'm putting too much fat on. Heres my diet so far..

      I'm 5'11 168

      Calories - 3500-3700
      Fat - 125g - 150g
      Carbs - 400g - 450g
      Protein - 200g -250g

      Any constructive criticism won't hurt my feelings. Just want to make sure I'm doing this right. Thanks guys.

      You present absolutely zero calculations on how you reached these numbers. Read the stickies on how to properly calculate your macros, then post again once you've done your homework.

      I've read them. pretty confusing stuff. just need a quick answer if my fat is too high pretty much

      Too much fat gain in three weeks? What has been your weight gain thus far? First couple of weeks will be fluid retention.

      What is your maintenance?

      I've went from about 160 to 170. I guess my fat gains havent went up, i guess i just feel alot fatter. Haha. my maintaince on the online calculator I used was about 2900.

      Maybe consider dropping to around 3300cals. See how you do.

      As I said, we cannot give you an answer based on science if you're not willing to do your homework. Without numbers, any guesses are strictly broscience.

      Okay man. Thanks. Is the fat intake a little too high as well? I know it'll go down with the calorie drop.

      Keep fat intake around 0.4-0.45g per lb of LBM (minimum). As you progress on your bulk, can increase/decrease based on preferences.

      No biggie.
