Ok. So for the past 2 months or so, I have been doing the same full body every other day. This is how it goes

      Everything is 3x12,10,8

      Squat
      Bench
      Seated Cable Row
      Standing Cable Flies
      Lat Pull Down
      Military Press
      Barbell Bicep Curl
      Skull Crushers

I think it has been working good but I feel like it would be better if I switch things up. And by that, I mean working the same muscles but with different exercises. I want add another routine that I do after Routine A. So...

      Monday: Routine A
      Tuesday: Rest or Cardio
      Wednesday: Routine B
      Thursday: Rest or Cardio
      Friday:Routine A
      Saturday: Rest or Cardio
      Sunday: Routine B

Should I add a third routine or will 2 be fine?

So this is what I am thinking for Routine B:

      Deadlifts
      Incline Bench
      Im thinking Dumbbell Row..
      Flat Bench Flies
      Pull-ups..?
I need another good shoulder exercise
      Dumbbell Curl
      Tricep Pushdown

So ya. Any suggestions would be great.

What is the point of having "cardio" on a rest day.

Matter of fact, whats the point of doing "cardio" in the first place.

Stronger heart and it can pump blood through the muscles which aids in recovery.

And OP i like the routine honestly. Just take out those flies i don't see any point in them.

Cardio is very important for muscle recovery and overall health. I usually do a quick 10 minute jog after every workout to get the blood flowing to the muscles.

      Dumbbell shoulder press
Arnold press (I wouldn't do em imo)
if you're looking to isolate i like side lateral raises but that could just be for assistance.

I'd go with strict seated dumbbell shoulder press

or better yet what comp said

I can assure you good sir, that no cardio is a great deal more beneficial, that is from a muscular development standpoint, than frequent cardio.

      A 10 minute jog...........

That sounds like something my mom would say.

Was not kidding. Again referencing me to my first question " What is the point of doing cardio on a rest day"?. Its called a rest day for a reason, that reason is to rest. Cardio, while minutely beneficial, depletes calories and thats about it. And if your heart rate doesn't get up during a weight training session.....you need to seriously re-think what you are doing.
