Refeed going well all day, come home for dinner, girlfriend was supposed to make fat free cheese pizza with veggies and chicken, but I realise she's used full fat cheese...fffffuuuuu I smash pizza. Figuring I ate the full fat cheese, I go on an binging spree. Cos I'm a machine. Carbs, fats, proteins, everything. First we go out... chocloate waffles with vanilla ice cream kfc zinger burger and nuggets Taco Bill Burritos Visit my parents Leftover fried beef with beans and spinach with buttered white rice 4 bagels with cheese, jam, peanut butter & honey, nutella quarter tub of 2l ice cream with chocolate sauce big bowl of cereal with milk half packet snakes 7 coffee biscuits leftover soup crumbed chicken wraps 3 eggs with baked beans on toast leftover poppyseed muffins packet of noodles 2 apples and 2 bananas Half packet olive dip with crackers Return home scoops out of nutella jar oats with milk mixed with choc protein powder small packet pretzels Satisfied now. Honestly I didn't even feel sick. Been a while since I've gone crazy. Been having cheat meals, but not cheat days. All that food was consumed within 2-3 hours. Woke up in the middle of the night, visited the toilet for a massive sitting. Went again upon waking up properly. To my surprise, only weigh 1.5pounds heavier!! What the hell? I've had much smaller cheat days and gone 3 pounds higher. Where's the heaps of water weight etc? Obviously all that food was not necessary, but binging every now and again feels great! Smashed my PR's for dumbell press today!
