seem everytime i cook a meal i start gagging and my body tells me im full from the first meal breakfast is the hardest meal to cope with and i always end up chucking over half of it away this is werid beacuse i could down a pint of milk or eat something liike chrisps all day long why could i be struggling with decent food coulx this be beacuse my diet is very much the same everyday and could chanigng it help
