Just have this one pic for now, the other guy in the pic is my Grandfather lol. He was at a max muscle signing in Sarasota Fl. As everyone has always said he is a really friendly dude. Talked to me for about 10 mins about his bicep injury and surgery. I have a similar tear to what he did, so i was just askin some q's cause i will prob need to get the surgery.

Me with Jay Cutler Its actually that one, for some reason you cant tell in the pic but the peak on it is pretty much in the center of my arm now. Where as before the peak was more towards the shoulder. I can take some better pics that really show the injury more if anyone actually cares lol bench n curlz bro all day
Me with Jay Cutler think he is just looking small lol. He has def lost some serious size. Just looks a lot less dense then before. What he knows about it is just because of the interest i have in it. He is 87 and still gets to the gym though!! Grandmother just died so we have just been keeping him busy to take his mind off everything a bit.
