Is There Anything Wrong With Eating 120-150 Grams of Protein at 1 Sitting? I don't think it matters. It's so subjective. People have said "keep it to 30 g a meal".Would a 6"5" 240 pound guy have a different absorption rate compared to a 5'2" 100 pound woman? I'd think so. But in the end, just eat.
