      On a test/dbol cycle and cant get adex for another week am coming up for 2 weeks into cycle on monday
      how do you know your getting estrogen related issues
      I dont think am holding too much water and not got any gyno, nips are puffy sometimes but then fine but am 90% sure it was like this pre cycle

      Gyno symptoms, high BP, water retention, spots.....Sounds like you are coping ok mate, if you are worried about gyno then run nolva with the dbol for prevention, then switch to Adex when dbol is finished

      cant check bp, dont think am holding much water done the press thing in your arms and came back fine, spots nothing either
      how quick will the estro sides kick in and would it be too late to run adex if a start getting gyno

      Have you got any nolva to run while you wait for your adex? Ai levels take a week or 2 to stabilise in your blood

      Can get a home BP monitor pretty cheap mate, mine was a tenner! Good investment TBH, you will probs need a large cuff though

      av got nolva atm but just like a few tabs spare minus the pct tas
      got a bp monitor at gym wil have a check then and see how it is

      chances are you will be fine, im my personal views and what i have seen guys who are lean dont tend to suffer gyno etc its always the guys who start off with a high bf on gear talking 15%plus, Im lean all my friends are lean none of us suffer any gyno where as when i do hear gyno what to do etc they always be carrying bodyfat on them.

      Not me mate! I got when I was at my leanest. Prevention is far better than trying to reverse it later

      there will be some who get it even when lean, just a thing i have noticed myself, to the op if you get itchy nips just run nolva not much else you can do till you get the adex

      am getting a itchy feeling chest/nipple sometimes throughout the day then it goes away?
