Hi all, Im trying to sort out a diet to help me with my weight training - i think my diet is the part that is holding me back from getting leaner. Anyway, I was wondering, How much do people spend on meat per week? I honestly dont think I can afford to eat as much meat as people say on here (200g of chicken or steak 3 or 4 times a day). Currently I only eat meat (chicken) for my dinner at work (i.e. a chicken sandwich) and then about 200g of chicken for my tea when I get in from the gym.
