I took two tablespoons of fish-oil everytime I was hungry, like 3-4 times a day. Then I ate raw vegetables and fruit in amounts I wanted to on the side, I ate some lean chicken when I craved meat. I didn`t have cheat-meals, I just ate vegetables and fruit alot, only sort of cheat-meal I had was I mixed sour-cream with curry and olive-oil and dipped chicken-thighs in it. A half a year went by and I was 13 kg lighter, I worked out normally. I found out that even if some food are low in fat and considered healthy, vegetables and fruit have stuff in it like enzymes which makes you lose weight, it`s not the same

Well, I had some belly, and I was ridiculed for buying vegetables only. They said to me eat meat and stuff, it`s good for you. I actually think it`s important to be on protein-defecit also to lose weight, because when Elvis died, I read this like 15 years ago, they found that he had alot of porrigde around intenstins, I assumed later that this contains protein.
