Want to really put on some muscle but sadly my friends dont share the same intrest so need some support from people like yourselves. A bit about me I'm 17 years old weight: 12.5 stones Mainly fat Really want to convert it to muscle at the same time as losing a bit of weight. What are the main things i should consider as i'm starting gym tommorow aswell..
