      Hey guys, great to be a member.

      Hope your all Ok, joined because really sick of not feeling good about my body.

      Want to really put on some muscle but sadly my friends dont share the same intrest so need some support from people like yourselves.

      A bit about me

      I'm 17 years old
      weight: 12.5 stones
      Mainly fat

      Really want to convert it to muscle at the same time as losing a bit of weight. What are the main things i should consider as i'm starting gym tommorow aswell..

      Buy a gym belt and some gloves, protein shaker.

      Right thanks and do you know for protein shakes, is there a good brand that you use and is reliable.

      How long should i spend daily roughly so i can start a timetable.

      No more than one hour in the gym per day, as for protein go for what you can afford, if you can get your orders from any of the sponsers of this site i.e bulk powders etc for value for money.

      i spend a good 3 hours in the gym......................1 looking at me in the mirror, another eyeing up the fany and 15 minutes smelling the equipment so...................a good half hor training give or take lol...

      Anyway, make sure you have a good diet as this is a big factor as well as doing the correct exercise (mix cardio/weights)

      Thanks a lot for the responses so 1 hour a day that seems realistic and achieveable

      Thanks so much for that link, really seems helpful before i read that i was planning on doing cardio mainly to first lose weight but thats cleared it up
