      As the title says!

      Current Diet :

      Meal 1 : 8 egg whites. 1 Scoop Protein
      Meal 2 : Creatine( pre workout)
      Meal 3 : Banana With Peanut butter ( post)
      Meal 4 : Fish. 1 Scoop Protein
      Meal 5 : 2 Slices beef. 1 Can tuna
      Meal 6 : 260g Chicken Breast
      Meal 7 : 1 Scoop Protein ( Before bed)

      Total : 1,200 Calories . 25 Fat . 28 Carbs . 210 Protein

      Supplements : Amino Acid pills : BCAA/ Multivitamin / Creatine Monohdyrate / Fish Oil / Vitamin B.

      Is this good? if not what can I Change instead of, Thanks!

      think he is doing a keto diet = very low/virtually no carbs

      hi my diet looks a bit like this.....

      Brek - 2 whole eggs
      lunch - tuna salad, cheese and olive oil
      dinner - chicken, brocolli and piece of cheese
      snacks - tea with heavy cream (2 cups a day) , black coffee with sweetner, pepsi max.occasionally a pack of pork scratchings as a treat..

      Not sure that i am suppose to be drinking the diet soda though (different sites give diff opinions...) you would prob need to eat more than me as your a guy and your maintenance is higher...
      has your protein shake got carbs in....watch those, and also check the stats of the banana, as not really meant to eat fruit on keto..

      I hear diet soda kicked some people out of ketosis,
      Protein : i bought my protein as low as possibly in carbs, it's like 0.8 per scoop and for banana its 20 carbs

      Still he needs a few carbs atleast in the morning, how is he supposed to workout without getting any energy?

      That's true. I felt sh*t today but that's the sacrife. Until getting into ketosis cause then it's all ok. Energy will be from fat

      I would personally cut out the banana, and maybe try and get some green veg in there (brocolli- not very exciting but good for digestion..) also maybe try and get more fats in there if poss...AND apparently to much protein is not so good.. think the ratio is 65% of calories from fat, 30% from protein and 5% carbs....
      this is just what i have read though..

      I heard that too ! but couldn't figure out what to cut out. And yea about the banana was trying to figure out what to substitute. Got any ideas? thanks!
