      You are too kind. thanks

I have been doing a lot of calisthenics as well as weight training. I do upper and lower body splits twice a week with rest days in between. As well as bike riding, jogging and skipping for cardio and sometimes yoga.

Diet, mostly low fat, low carbs high protein as I am trying to stay lean and toned

      Hi Cindy,

I’m curious—has this journey had an impact on your mental health as well as your physical health?

It’s incredible how closely those two are linked. I’ve found that even small fitness wins can make a big difference in how I feel mentally, whether it’s more energy, better focus, or just feeling more confident overall.

What’s been your biggest motivator during this transformation? It’s clear you’ve found something that’s working for you, and I’m sure others here could benefit from your advice!

Looking forward to seeing more updates as you continue smashing your goals. Keep up the fantastic work!

      Oh in so many ways
      Let's see.
Before I began my journey, I was very overweight, tired all the time, had poor sleeping habits, got sick easily and took many days off work, was depressed and suicidal, had anxiety and panic attacks, was very self conscious and easily irritated, poor hygiene, poor diet and wasted so much money on junk food. I had no energy or confidence and had no goals or ambition. Blood work showed low testosterone levels, high cholesterol, diabetes, iron deficiency, etc

Ever since beginning my journey, I am now in healthy BMI, feel energetic and wake up 5am every day to hit the gym before work, haven't been sick since, not depressed or suicidal anymore, no more anxiety attacks, feel more conident and happy, put great effort into my workouts and appearance, saved so much money from stopping eating out, stopped drinking and partying and took up more boxing and fitness classes, set so many goals related to savings and gym, made so many new friends and positive interactions mainly av the gym. Blood work came back and everything was good.
