      Im 175lb and I ate around 3000 calories 55% carbs 25% protein & 20% fat.

      Is this good enough or do I need to cut down on one of the macro's ?

      You trying to cut, maintain, bulk? What is your maintenance?

      Do not figure your macronutrients in terms of ratios, instead determine them in terms of absolute numbers.

      Your body doesnt care about ratios. See the nutrition forum stickies.

      depends on your individual physique but for me i would like to see you raise protein to 30% and drop fat to 15-17%. but that is just what works for me
