      I still can't seem to get all my calories in with out a) eating loads of carbs or b) eating something super fatty and sugary
      I know that's OK, but i'd really prefer to not eat stuff like that so what are some rlly high calorie foods that I can eat that won't make me feel sluggish ?

      The sluggish feeling could just be too much food at one time. You might consider dividing up your meals a bit more so that they're smaller.

      Good bulk foods?

      I eat meals every 2 hours though :/ my typical day is

      Breakfast (7:00 am) : 1/2 cup oats made with 1/2 cup skim milk 1 stevia and 1 tbsp natty pb
      1 whole egg + 2 egg whites with 14 g reduced fat cheese and .5 oz ham

      9:00 am - 1 oz dark chocolate pb nut blend and greek yogurt

      11:00 am - beef jerky and a serving of fruit

      lunch (12:00 pm) a serving of vegetables, a serving of carbs (brown rice, 100% ww pasta, quinoa) and 4oz of lean meat

      Pre-workout (3:00) turkey or ham sandwich on one slice of 100% ww bread

      Post-workout: 1 carton of muscle milk (I only like my whey made with milk and I don't want it sitting in my locker all day) a banana

      Dinner: same as lunch but I have 8 oz of lean meat instead of 4

      Have you confirmed that more fat contributes to the sluggish feeling? If not, I'd suggest an experiment in substitution. For example:

      Breakfast (7:00 am) : 1/2 cup oats made with 1/2 cup whole milk 1 stevia and 1 tbsp natty pb
      3 whole eggs with 14 g regular cheese and .5 oz ham

      Dinner: same as lunch but 8 oz and a fattier cut of meat

      Theoretically you could also include more of the foods that make you feel sluggish before bed, provided that they don't also upset your stomach or otherwise impact sleep quality. The calories have to come from somewhere, and fat gives you the most bang for your buck in terms of volume.

      Some really high calorie foods would be foods consisting of mainly Fat.

      Per gram
      Fat = 9Kcal
      Protein = 4Kcal
      Carbs = 4Kcal

      Try stuff like: PB, Oil on foods/salads, Avocado in salads, Eat the whole egg, butter on sandwiches, mayo on sandwiches, snack on nuts and seeds, whole fat milk.

      ^this my last "cleaner" bulk was pretty much this, pb sandwiches whenever you can eat, egg salad sandwiches, additional spoons of EVOO mixed in my spaghetti sauces., ..etc ...don't even be afraid of dark meat chicken, (skin on or skinless) you get all the calories and your proteins too!

      But I don't want all the carbs from sandwiches, cuz like I'm ending up with 200+ carbs a day and i feel like that's way too much for someone my size

      Assuming you're getting enough protein, fat, and micronutrients, more carbs shouldn't be an issue to meet your calorie needs.
