Frozen ones are fine. If I buy veggies, I'll buy fresh if on sale. If not, frozen

I would imagine frozen to be close (should be better than canned) as compared to fresh.
why not just eat fresh if you can?

I do fresh veggies and avoid frozen ones where at all possible.

Not from any nutritional aspect, but from the taste alone. Fresh usually tastes better (to me).

I don't want to eat a steak with pre-frozen carrots, green beans, or brocolli.

Cause fresh veggies go bad too quickly. with Frozen, i can buy like 10 bags and be good for a few weeks.

All foods (fruits and vegetables included) start to naturally oxidize once they are picked, shelled (nuts) or otherwise removed from their natural state. Eat as close to fresh as you can. Frozen isn't too bad if they are flash frozen shortly after picked. Only eat things that are actually in season - they taste better because they actually have the nutrients they are suppose to. And for your own health, I would suggest only eating organic label foods. You can read up on all the chemicals and toxins in food at naturalnews.com. Final thought, try and find a farmer's market around you.

I eat fresh. Nothing wrong with frozen though. I eat alot of broccoli, kale, cabbage, onions, and peppers. I eat green beans, collards, summer squash, and spinach quite often as well.

Brocolli, green beans, collard greens, bok chuy, spinach, mostly for me, but not against any others.
