      im 6ft 94kg 20%bf,in the next few weeks i will be starting a 12 week course and i would be gratefull if any one has got any changes to be made in this diet plan,thanks paul.

      week 1-5 dbol 50mg e/d
      week 1-12 sus250 2 ml e/w
      week 1-12 deca 2ml e/w

      meal 1- 7.00am

      1 cup of oats
      100ml water
      1 scoop of whey protein

      meal 2- 10.30am

      tuna sandwich
      few berrys

      meal 3- 2.00pm

      150g chicken
      50g brown rice
      mixed veg
      table spoon of olive oil

      pre workout-2 scoops of no explode
      post workout-50g of usn protein

      meal 4- 5.30pm

      50g wholemeal pasta
      sweet potato
      mixed veg

      meal 5- 9.00pm

      small tub of cottage cheese.

      wot mg/ml is the deca? also drop the deca at week 10 but keep ur test running the full 12weeks.
      you will need to eat more to pall.

      Cycle looks OK, do you PCT sorted?

      You need WAY more protein in your diet mate

      so should i drop the deca form 2ml a week to 1ml a week on 10-12th week?

      He means stop it all together at week 10, lots of people do this due the ester, deca takes longer to leave your system and Ideally you don't want this in you with no test

      add eggs to your breakfast

      make protein shakes double scoops

      have another shake in there

      up your meat to 200g not 150g

      Cycle looks good but dont just drop the deca to 1ml, drop it completely 1-2 weeks before the sustanon, to let it clear

      This wot i mean, also as hotdog says more meat, up you chicken to 200g plus try thru in another 200g somewere in the day, also eggs is a good protein to add
