Right guys for a while now i have been having 10 egg whites in the morning !! i genuinely dont think i can eat any more egg whites i fkucing hate them, its been going on for a few years on and off now i was wondering about drinking them, some say you should/shouldnt whats the general view i was adding the extra egg into a protein shake for a while because you couldnt taste it but i stopped that because i got told it wasnt healthy.. anyone else got another way of getting a good dose of food protein source in the morning apart from eggs because i hate the buggers!!! cheers
