Hey guys , Im new to the community and i would like some advice on current diet. Im 6'1" and weight 160lb Im currently eating 5 meals a day with a 1000 cals weight gainer on working out days. i prepared those three meals for the whole week. meal one 158g rice (white cooked) 85g chicken breast broccoli 92g olive oil 15g i might add some butter chicken sauce or any other curry mix meal two: pasta 180g ground beef 100g olive oil 15g i would add ketchup and mayonnaise to that meal three: Beef patty (almost 120g) white bread bun slice of cheese mayonnaise and ketchup added as well so my typical day would be eating two rice meals, two pasta meals and one burger. is that enough to bulk up? i want to be at 190. I did my calculations and it seems to add up to 2500 calls only from those meals. correct please me if I'm wrong. Weight: 160 lbs TDEE: 2810 Kcal Goal:Bulk Calories: 3700 Kcal (with the weight gainer shake) Protein: 181 g Fats: 120g Carbs: 460 g Cheers.

Diet advice for bulking Ok so eat whatever foods you like that keep you in your caloric allowance. Make sure you hit your macro/micro minimums. You can eat 1 meal a day or 11 it's your choice.
Diet advice for bulking Okay, your calories should be 10-20% above your TDEE so 3700Kcal is too much. And you seem to be hitting macro sufficiency (1g/lb protein & 0.4g/lb fat). I'd drop the carbs a little lower so you are not eating too much. You should be aiming more around 3300Kcal. Also, why do you consume a 1000Kcal weight gainer shake? Would you not prefer to get your calories from foods?
Diet advice for bulking so it comes down to meeting the macro nutritions ? Im not sure if I'm meeting my current macros with my current diet. cheers
Diet advice for bulking I'm quite busy with uni and can't meet my daily macro requirements so i use the gainer. it has almost 180 of carbs 60 protein and 16g of fat.
