      I was a fat fuk before, and am on the road to aesthetics. Not shredded yet, but on the way. Let me know how i'm doin brahs. First pic was Feb 6, other 2 pics are today. My life has already changed in so many ways, couldn't be happier with the results i've seen thus far. Ask me anything as well.....

      keep on truckin'. you still have a bit of fat left to lose but apparently you know how to do it. you've even been averaging around 2 lb a week fat loss as well which is awesome. 10-15 more lbs and you're golden.

      Awesome man, keep going. You'll start to notice things more prominently from here on as the weeks go by.

      NICE!

      It looks like you lost even more than 24 lbs from those pics. Full-on moobs turned into pecs.

      LOL no idea.

      I don't have a "set" diet.

      Start the day with some oats or cottage cheese, or some rocky style drinking 4 eggs. I have about 3-4 meals during my breaks at work which consist of cottage cheese, protein bars, chicken, etc. I'll have a healthy lean protein filled dinner when I get home. Estimated at 1800ish calories for the day, with around 150g protein more or less. I work a warehouse job so i'm moving around all day lifting heavy sh!t so i'm sure that helped a lot as well. I don't even think about TOUCHING anything with sugar other than when I have a protein bar, and I drink only water.

      As far as lifting-

      Monday - Chest / bi

      Tuesday - legs

      Thursday - Shoulders - Trip

      Fri - Back / trap

      seems to work okay.
