      Bought a new laptop yesterday, pile of sh*te TBH BUT here's the thing, everytime l go on Youtube in locks up at 28 seconds and l lose my internet connection...

      Any help appreciated.

      good advice and good site BUT if i bought a laptop and within one day it was playing up, i would be taking it back and not trying to fix it myself. Get it swapped Milky.

      it could be your internet connection or anothet program interfering with the connection such as a anti virus program...

      go to google and install google chrome.. its a very good browser i use and try again, let us know if it works
