Okay, here me out here if i am completely off..

anyways, i'm trying to count my macros and i am adding BSN Amino X to my PWO and trying to get the macros for that..i am using MyFitnessPal and some of the people have put protein at 10g (there is 10g of Amino Acids in amino x) which would also be 40 calories..the product label mentions nothing about any calories..

So which is right? Zero calories and protein or 40 calories and 10g protein?

I would assume 0,0 but just confirming

That label made me laugh: "Anabolic Amino Acid Interfusion" and "Efforsorb EnDura Composite".

FDA regulations require the FFAA's not count towards caloric indications, but they do contribute energy. Anyway, why in the world would you take that?

What makes you think you're not getting an ample amount of BCAA's from your protein intake?

20$ would be better spent contributed to your gas budget or food budget, Food sustains you and helps you to train....and live.

Gas money will help get you to the gym....to the store to buy food...etc

BCAA supplements will more than likely not do a damn thing to help you with your training goals....it will just take 20$ from you.

The only worse thing I can see than taking a 20$ bill out and throwing it out the window every 30 days would be to spend that money on cigarettes.
