  • 8 month bulk progress- sucess or fail?

      tbh i havent been full bore bulk for the 8 months. i've learned a lot these past 3-4 months that i obv didnt implement in the first 4 months. however, I feel ive made some progress.

      start- 10/6/11 : 6'0.5'' 180 lbs
      currently: 6'1'' 193 lbs

      my lifts have increased a decent amount, but just based on size increase lmk if you guys think it was a success or fail for the time it took and any changes I could make to help me progress more. thanks

      ps. sorry about there only being one beginning pic. I couldnt find anymore =/
      also- inb4 where are the leg pics? I am an athlete and I workout my legs 2-3 times a week, they are progressing fine =)

      dude thats nice i started bodybuilding when i was 15 in febuary i train hard

      i ****ing wish i started then. i went to a small high school to play fball so our strength program was poo. i didnt get into lifting until about 4 months before i went to college because I had to get big for football.

      Definitely successful. Gain weight faster IMO.

      thanks. yeah tbh ive been struggling gaining weight these past 1-2 months. I know I need to eat more, but days I eat more I feel and look fat and see a noticeable fat gain it seems. then when I stay between 300-500 cals over maintenance (or what i think my maintenance is) im not gaining weight it seems.

      my everyday routine is i always go to the weight room on weekdays after school for 1 hour i train hard and on weekdays i got home equipment. And is muscle milk good?

      looking good man, like the above poster said you just gotta up ur weight gain unless ur satisfied at this rate then go for it just gotta stay with it.

      dam dont know how ur bench and deadlifts are so high when your back and chest dont look like they can do it. You got nice arms though and i think it was a success bulk
