200lbs deadlift at 127lbs! Noo brah. I put 85lbs on over the course of 30 minutes. But from when I filmed this to when I posted it had been about an hour. I guess I just wasn't pushing myself. I was gonna stop at 150 because I felt sore, asked the people on this board, they said to keep going, I did what they said and videoed it for proof.

200lbs deadlift at 127lbs! Sorry dude. And yeah it's 10, 25, 10, 10, 10, 5, 5, 2.5 on each side. Didn't expect to get past 115 to start and my bro was benching with the 45s when I started. Sorry bout that man. Next day I do deadlifts I'll use the 45s and go down.
200lbs deadlift at 127lbs! What's the problem? I know I'm short. My mom and dad are 5'4 and I think 5'8. Not from a very tall family.
