      Surly the same could be said for any compound movement that involves your arms though... however I wouldn't fancy dropping overhead press in favour of front raises of bench press for flys. Then again I guess isolation movements are far less common for lats than chest and shoulders.

      wide grip (door frame width) pullups have done the best for my back over as did deadlifts when i could do them

      Yup its true for a lot of muscle groups... triceps will fail before pecs have received maximum stimulation in pressing movements.... Hence why so few guys have great pec development despite the fact EVERYONE benches.
