      watsup guys? 5 months ago i fell in love with this way of living, and from then till now i've lost 7.5 kg's.
      I'm now a 17year old boy, 6ft5, 82 kg's, and my supplements are :
      multi's
      fish oil
      creatine mono.
      whey and casein shakes.

      My diet is fully in check and i lift 4-5 days a week ( split routine).
      I used to love this way of living but lately i'm thinking about quitting, allthough it's become my life i'm not getting ANY results anymore..
      and it's just so demotivating.
      My friend for example, has been lifting 5 months, not even watching his food as closely as I do, but **** he's SWOLE now .. and yes natty..
      I don't know what to do anymore, and i am desperate and need some help on what I might be doing wrong ..

      edit: cutting cuz still puffy nipps while i should be bulking, another thing that demotivates me

      Do not even think about cutting! Bulk bro you've got a good base to put some size on.. Lift heavy and go eat!

      i know i should be bulking bro .. but still puffy nipps which ruin physique ... i'm really thinking about quitting ,so demotivated

      If your goal is to get bigger, and your not growing, then you need to eat more. It's pretty much that simple.

      Also, don't compare yourself to others.

      I know how you feel as I've always struggled to gain weight.

      You've already got a good physique so don't give up now; five months isn't a long time!

      Do babylovers SS, its way better for beginners than some bodybuilding split. If that is what youre doing? Its kinda stupid complaining about no gains while youre cutting. You should at least be eating at maintenance level, preferably a litte surplus to make gains. Its possible to make gains while cutting, but its a lot harder. And remember that you need a lot of protein! Thats essential for gaining muscle.
      Have you gotten stronger the 5 months you have been working out?

      yes i have but i'm not getting stronger anymore, and i' mgetting in 200 grams of protein a day i think ..

      If you aren't seeing gains, have you tried changing up your routine? I noticed that shocking my system out of what it was used to helped me a lot. Still nowhere near my goal physique but it helps. And if lifting is your life, don't give up just because some people have an advantage over you. Do your work for yourself. Revel in your victories and learn during the hard times.
