      I have 23g of carbs and 8g of fat left. I honestly can't think of anything to eat. Will rep for good suggestions.

      30g of oats with 15g peanut butter.. (I like it baked so I add a LITTLE water so its like a paste then cook till dry)
      9g protein, 22g carb, 9g fat
