Im getting stronger every week. Im either getting 1 more rep than I did the previous week or im taking the weight up, but the scale hasnt budged in about 2 or 3 months. Ive lost in a little weight if anything.

It doesnt matter right? As long im getting stronger, im gaining efficient muscle every week.

Muscle is weight. You can't add muscle to your body without gaining extra weight. Unless your a beginner and you are able to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

Yea I think the glass is half full (srs). I mean progress is progress, and me personally I would rather get a pr, or constantly increase the weight on the bar then put on some weight and not be completely sure how much of it is muscle, some of these calipers are ridiculous.

Sounds like beginner gains. What type of training routine do you do now? and what did you before you got "serious" about it?

Right. Well if your not gaining weight on the scale, and your not a beginner, then you are most likely not building muscle even though you are getting stronger in the gym.

Before I got serious I was just doing fullbody workouts out 2-3 times a week. After the first 6 months I stopped getting stronger and just spent years doing the same weight.

In the last year ive done tons of research into nutrition etc etc

At the moment I go 4 times a week:

      Mon: Back
      Tue: Chest
      Wed: Rest
      Thurs: Legs
      Fri: Shoulders
      Sat and Sun: Rest

I eat 7 meals a day including 1 scoop of a weight gainer.

Also including snacks like almonds, fruit and peanut butter sandwich.

Even though I eat all this every day im very lean.

Making all kinds of gainssss. Attempting 35kg dumbbell shoulder press for the first time next week.
