      I am sure most of you have a meal that you eat every single day.. what is it? that meal that you will never get tired of?

      mine is a big salad with 200g of chicken breast and 1 cup of egg whites and 10g of peanuts... I always add romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, avacado, half of a scotch bonnet pepper.... I dress it with fresh squeeze lemon, balsamic vinegar, mustard and braag soy...

      what is your daily meal?

      what is your typical daily meal?

      I have a very high tolerance for fruit smoothies at breakfast and have had them on and off for years. I used to also rely heavily on peanut butter sandwiches at lunch, for years on end with little weariness.

      I don't believe I would ever get sick of pizza or chocolate, but they are both so tasty I inevitably and hugely overeat any time I taste one.

      Sliced white potato and minced beef with ketchup/mustard.

      Could eat that **** forever.

      what is your typical daily meal?

      Most days include at least one of the following:

      Bacon (usually 200 to 300 grams).
      A large 24 ounce steak (usually ribeye).
      16 to 20 ounces of fatty fish (often salmon).
      A large salad composed of a variety of fruits, vegetables and cheeses and olive oil.
      Nuts (often macadamias).
      Chocolate milk.

      breakfast always involved oatmeal covered with peanut butter and cinnamon

      what is your typical daily meal?

      my "standard" meals are as follow for my cut:

      breakfast (PWO) is normally fruit + eggs (preparation varies) + cereal
      my next 2 meals are normally chicken/beef burritos and/or PB sandwiches (and some veggies of course).

      It never gets old because I make my eggs differently everyday and throw in different spices/veggies all the time. There are endless amounts of cereal to try but I normally eat Honey Bunches of Oats, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios and/or Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The same goes with the chicken/beef burritos as the spices and prep change daily. And of course...peanut butter is always amazing!

      Every morning, I look forward to this:

      1 scoop chocolate whey in water
      2 slices Ezekiel bread with 1 tbsp natty pb in between
      2 boiled eggs in hot sauce

      Sounds like your consuming a ton of nitrates I hope the bacon is organic... read up on nitrates.... just giving you a heads up.

      what is your typical daily meal?

      I change the spices that I prepare the chicken/egg whites with everyday...spices totally change the taste of the meal without adding too many calories.
